And since it’s 2015… everything leaks! *HTC One M9: What to Expect!* Feel free to +1/Share if you enjoy! Responder Posted by Gabriel Baier 3 marzo, 2015 Surprised Apple didn’t try to sue HTC for making an aluminum unibody smartphone. Responder Posted by Geek Jump 3 marzo, 2015 can we stop with big phones? I’m holding off from upgrading because all the phones I was looking at turned out to be too big. I don’t carry a bag or briefcase so if it doesn’t fit in my pocket, whats the point. I think 4.5-5.3 inches is a good range to stick with for awhile. Going bigger than that is a little much. Responder Posted by JaySee5 3 marzo, 2015 STILL don’t understand the love for HTC Ones. Metal sucks. Camera sucks. Bulky. Slippery. Meh UI and features. The only good thing are its speakers which you will only use when alone in a quiet room. Responder Posted by Andrew Lucky 3 marzo, 2015 Yeah nobody copies apple. HTC just happen to come up with a capacitive touch screen, aluminum body, power button moved to the side of the phone right after Apple did this stuff. -_- Responder Posted by Joseph Inman 3 marzo, 2015 I’m stuck with the M8 for 2 years. And I don’t have a problem with that. I guess around here, people don’t know much about the M8, cause when I went to the Verizon store and told them what I wanted, they just kinda looked at me funny and said they would have to order it. DID NOT WANT Galaxy or iPhone, I hate apple, don’t so much have a problem with Samsung, just didn’t want a phone that everyone else had. LOVE my M8! Wouldn’t have it any other way. Your reviews are awesome and what I based my decision on. Keep ’em coming. Responder Posted by ENDESGA 3 marzo, 2015 Right now I’m choosing between the purchase of the iPhone 6, or HTC One M9 (obviously I’ll have to wait a bit) The M9 looks fantastic, and tbh, it doesn’t need a QHD screen. If HTC can make it have an amazing battery life, and make Sense look amazing with Lollipop, then I’m… More or less sold. MKB, gimme some insight, because the iPhone is looking better esspecially because of its thin design and THE APP AND ITUNES STORE! Help a bro in need :) Responder Posted by Adi-G 3 marzo, 2015 Good one! Planing to change from Apple to the new HTC One M9 if it will be real good and upgrade my current situation! Responder Posted by Michael Kao 3 marzo, 2015 Still using the M7. Works like a champ. Responder Posted by Zaxper 3 marzo, 2015 Are you using a wide angle or fisheye lens? Looks super crispy! Responder Posted by bloodySunday77 3 marzo, 2015 I’ll have to correct you there +Marques Brownlee : there are almost no hit-or-miss photos or videos whatsoever with my own M7, and that’s similar to what I’ve heard from other people. As a matter of fact, the camera not only performs spectacularly, ESPECIALLY in low light without any flash, but it was one of the main reasons I bought the phone (apart from its design, sound and discreet, un-circus-like UI). As for the M8, the things I didn’t like about it were more than the ones I did (waste of screen space with the on-screen buttons, 2nd lens on the back being a useless gimmick instead of raising the ultrapixels to 8, lack of hardware optical image stabilisation like the M7 etc etc), so I still to this day see it as a missed attempt to make a genuine desireable upgrade to the excellent M7. (By the way, when you said “keep it to 8 megapixels but with a larger sensor”, you were describing *exactly* the concept of ultrapixels that a few seconds before you rejected as a viable option. How come?) Responder Posted by Solowar15 3 marzo, 2015 Great review my brother. I currently have the galaxy s4 and I’m looking to go with m9. It’s seems HTC was and is now heading in the right direction once again. I can’t stand TouchWiz and their bloat of apps. I don’t root my phones because I don’t feel like messing with it in that manner. My question is this….do you think they will make a Google play edition of the m9? And how long will it be before they do it when the carrier m9 comes out? Responder Posted by Caleb Lopez 3 marzo, 2015 When I went to T-Mobile the people were kind of shocked when I asked for the HTC phone instead of an iPhone or Galaxy haha Responder Posted by Andrés Cifuentes 3 marzo, 2015 I so wish that someone made a phone that didn’t focus so much on the camera and was actually more audio-centric. That is, besides some hard to get Chinese brands… Responder Posted by The True Rick Grimes 3 marzo, 2015 Galaxy still better… Responder Posted by TechShifu 3 marzo, 2015 I was seriously considering the M8 as my next phone (upgrade from an iPhone 5). I looked at the Sony Z3 and M8. I liked the M8 a lot and I was leaning towards the M8, Sense UI, Metal construction, Boomsound all seemed like great features, then I got to the camera.. It definitely was the dealkiller for me, although Ultrapixel is interesting and all, it’s a low resolution camera with poor optics. Therefore, I opted for the Z3, which had decent stereo speakers, an excellent camera as well as a great construction. Long story short: I’m in belief that the Ultrapixel camera was a deal-killer for many potential buyers who were looking to get the M8. Let me know what you think. Responder Posted by tony okoro 3 marzo, 2015 Why does this guy keep using the word popular to describe the M8. How many people own one around the world? It’s like he thinks if he says something often enough it’ll become true lol! Responder Posted by Connor Bright 3 marzo, 2015 I hope the screen goes SMALLER, like a 4.7 inch the 5inch is just too big. Also, I hope there is a Micro SD slot. Responder Posted by Abubaker Alzuaree 3 marzo, 2015 Marques, you need to Start lifting and eating more man, those thin arms aren’t a good look for you Responder Posted by rayzian 3 marzo, 2015 i miss the camera on my old m7.. i need an htc one in my life again Responder Posted by Sub Ripper 3 marzo, 2015 Looks identical to the m8, guts will provide a negligible performance increase, battery is already amazing, and I can flash the new software (if I even want to, stock lollipop>sense any day). Absolutely zero incentive to upgrade. Responder Posted by Carlos Valenzuela 3 marzo, 2015 Ehh I really hope that leak isn’t real. A 5 inch 1080 display will be underwhelming, and I really wish they imrpoved their front design, make the top and bottom bezels more proportional and thin like most phones out there. I mean new phones are supposed to innovate and exceed their predecesors in every way, at least in my opinon. Anyway this phone will probably be my next phone unless there’s better phones with badass front facing speakers. Responder Posted by Lauren Kane 3 marzo, 2015 i need advice, ik this isnt the best video to comment on but i need it soon because im switching from apple and idk what to get, the s4, the htc one m7 or the sony z1? the contract will be for 2 years so i want a phone that wont lag with age and that is best for rooting and would be the best for an apple user. advice would be appreciated thanks:) Responder Posted by Harrison Fuller 3 marzo, 2015 I’m 12 and I have pretty small hands. The HTC One m8 fits very well in my hands, dispite the hard to reach buttons. I use it as my daily driver and I hope the m9 stays roughly the same size. Responder Posted by Shaun Beebakhee 3 marzo, 2015 Hey Marques, great videos man. I use you as a reference when I make all electronic purchases now. Also subscribed for all my up to date info. Quick question…what’s happening with HTC One M8 (AT&T) lollipop update? It seems that aside from not keeping up with their intentions (90 days update from release) that now everyone is hung up on the M9. Makes me wonder if I made a bad choice. I absolutely enjoy my M8, smooth fits my day to day needs (aside from the camera) but compared to my wife’s Galaxy Note (the recent one) I like my phone better. I see your voice is definitely heard so is there anything you can do, video you can post, or recommendations you can make? Again, thanks for all your great reviews and hard work. Keep on doing it man. Semper Fi Shaun B. Responder Agrega tu comentario Clic para cancelar respuesta.
